About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a mother of 2 and an ex-burnt out Commercial Lawyer who was living such an unhealthy and unbalanced lifestyle that in 2015 I burnt out and decided to leave the Legal and Commercial industry.
I then moved to the country from Perth, and have since been on a deep healing journey. During which I used healing modalities like Yoga, Reiki, NLP and Sound Therapy to help heal my burnt out nervous system and clear the root causes to the major blocks that led to my burnout and were continuing to impact my health and wellbeing.
But after 10yr, even though I had healed the root cause to many of my blocks, like my people pleasing tendencies and lack of boundaries, I still found that I was taking on too much, burning out, making the wrong choices and not living my highest potential. I was frustrated and baffled......until I found Human Design and it explained everything!!
I had so many 'ah ha' moments.
Human Design explained the reasons why I still did not have a healthy, happy, aligned and balanced life, even after 10yr of deep healing work. It gave me a unique, detailed and easy blueprint to follow, and it has re-aligned me with my highest potential. I now live a healthy, happy, aligned and balanced life.
And I'm here to help you do the same. Using tools like:
-Human Design to give you a unique blueprint (literally like a manual!) that sets out how your soul wants you to operate in order to live your highest potential;
-Ceremony, using this ritual to guide you out of the mundane day to day. Switching you out of autopilot and into intention. During Ceremony your intention for growth & change is not only set, it’s weaved into the etheric realms, linking it with supportive energies that want only your highest good & highest good for all; and
- Sound Therapy to reset your nervous system, calm your mind, release stuck energy and to offer space for clarity; and
-Integrated NLP to clear that old stuff (trauma, emotions, physical ailments etc).

Alchemy Alignment Package
These packages take you through a healing journey in which I'll guide you towards alchemizing a healthy, happy, aligned and balance life.

-Session1: Connection Coaching Call to help you map out your intention and desired outcome;
-Session 2: L1 Human Design reading in which we'll go through your Type, Strategy, Authority and Profile. Set out your unique blueprint that will guide you towards fulfilling your highest potential;
-Session 3: Alchemy Coaching session including Integrated Timeline Therapy to heal the root cause of any blocks, stored emotions or physical alignments that are preventing you from fulfilling your highest potential;
-Session 4: Alchemy Coaching session in which we'll weave together the wisdom you've gained from the Timeline and Human Design sessions, and form achievable strategies for you to implement in your life so you can start alchemizing the life that soul yearns for you. This session could include other NLP techniques such as Anchoring and 'Like to Dislike', if they're required to assist with this step of your journey;
- Session 5: Alchemy Coaching session including:
-another Timeline Session to clear the next layer of blocks that may be preventing you from fulfilling your highest potential; or
-an Embodied Parts Integration to integrate conflicting parts of you that, when working together will form a Council of Wisdom and will remove any blocks that the conflicting parts were creating;
- Session 6: Completion and Celebration Coaching session, in which we'll weave in any last remaining threads into the Wisdom you've gained and changes you've made. And we'll celebrate your achievements; and
-Support in between each session.
These sessions will ideally be held once or twice a week over 4-6 weeks. In some cases the sessions can be spaced out more.
These sessions can all be done in person or over the phone/Zoom and they can be done even if you've previously done traditional Timeline or Parts Integration with someone else.

Integrated Timeline Therapy

This is my favorite offering!! Elements of Shamanic Healing, Cord Cutting and Soul Contract Clearing are woven into this unique style of Timeline Therapy to facilitate deep healing.
Find the root cause of recurring issues in your life and release the symptoms, creating a ripple effect for your future and your entire family line. This could be anything from the clearing the Mother/Father wound, Sister Wound, not trusting yourself, not feeling safe to be the real you or carrying grief well past the event of lost occurred. This technique can be used to clear the root cause of so many things.
During this session you'll be taken through your timeline to the point of time where the root cause of the block, symptom or misalignment was first created. This could be in a past life, in your ancestral lineage or during your current life.
These sessions are great for clearing negative emotions that you can't seem to shake, physical symptoms that you can't seem to heal or limiting beliefs that hold you back.
**Please note:
We will heal the root cause of the issue plus any thing else that arises in the session. And you will notice the resulting shift and changes.
If there are multiple root cause layers associated with one particular problem, i.e. back pain, then additional sessions may be needed to clear those layers if they don’t arise in the first session.

Embodied Parts Integration

Feeling torn between different versions of yourself? During these sessions you'll get to know each conflicting part and their purpose for you. We'll then bring them together through an embodiment process, resulting in the parts forming a Council of Wisdom, all aligned on the highest timeline and working for your highest potential.

This Level 1 reading will focus on the most important parts of your Human Design chart, being the Type, Strategy, Authority & Profile. Learning these parts of my chart literally changed my life! And I'm so excited to share the wisdom of Human Design with you so you can learn how you are designed to fulfill your highest potential. There is no one size fits all cookie cutter approach to life, and your Human Design sets out the best way to uniquely do your life.
Also included, is a 30min video that sets out the basics of the information well discuss in your reading. Watching this prior to the reading will equip you with the foundations which is great especially for newbies to Human Design, so you can learn the basics prior to the reading. I wont go through these basics in the reading so we can focus on the details of your chart and allow time for questions. This video can be watched at any time prior to your reading and is optional to watch.

Sound Healing Relaxation Session (Sound Massage)

Like a sound massage, this relaxing Sound Healing incorporates Reiki, Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes & Drums being used on & off the body to create relaxation & harmony in the mind, body & soul. The instruments are used to help drop you into a deep meditative state and to help bring you back into resonance with your natural vibration and flow.
A Sound Healing is a deeply relaxing experience of being gently bathed in sound & vibration. Special sound healing instruments like Crystal & Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks, Voice, Chimes & Drums, are used to help you drop into a deep meditative state. The techniques used are also very effective in helping you to gain a deep sense of clarity and alignment with your inner truth.
Please note that the main purpose of these sessions is to provide relaxation. If you are wanting to work through some deep healing, please consider the 6 week Packages, Timeline or Parts Integration sessions.

These private sessions are tailored to individual needs to provide a deeply healing process in which clarity is gained, future direction & guidance is offered & trauma is released & healed. The sessions will begin with a discussion in which I'll use certain NLP techniques and the main elements of your Human Design, to guide you towards re-alignment, clarity and healing.
The Cacao Ceremony itself will include a 1-1.5hr guided meditation which will be tailored to you and will focus on themes relevant to your healing journey.
During the Ceremony well move through the Medicine Wheel, which is a Shamanic style of ceremony that utilises the healing & supportive energies of the cardinal directions, elements and certain animal & nature allies to assist you in gaining the outcome you desire.
During this ceremony, we’ll sip on Ceremonial Grade Cacao (traditionally known as the Medicine of the Heart), which is used to help you drop into your heart, connect to your inner truth & higher self. It may also provide a gentle euphoria.

Right of Passage Ceremonies -In Person
MAGA/CRONE CEREMONY
For the Goddess transitioning from the Mother to the Maga/Crone (50yr +), these ceremonies include special rituals such as Shamanic Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, Oracle Card Reading & an outdoor starlight bath (optional & bathers can be worn). The bath is optional and could be swapped for an Aromatouch Massage.
Through the Shamanic Cacao Ceremony the Goddess will be guided through the 4 cardinal directions, each of which will represent the Maiden, the Mother, the Maga & the Crone phases of her life. Thus turning the Medicine Wheel into a Wheel of Life.
The first 2 directions will offer her the opportunity to heal from past regrets & guilt, but more importantly to celebrate the journey she has been on, and through compassion & forgiveness she is given the opportunity to embrace pride & respect for herself.
In the last 2 directions she will be offered the opportunity to connect to her inner light and arrive home to herself. Connecting with the gifts and talents she is here to embody & share. And the wisdom she has gained.
This will be followed by a sound healing and then an optional starlight & candlelit bath filled with water that is heated by fire & kept warmed by coals. This ritual offers the Maga Goddess the support of the maternal womb like energy of the water element. And just like how the trees drop their leaves in Autumn, she will soak away what she no longer needs to take with her on her journey. Letting go of what no longer serves.

‘I did a retreat at Yirri Grove olive farm with Lisa in May 2023. It was absolutely magical. Lisa set the circle up under the big trees to facilitate the meditation and cacoa ceremony. The combination of: feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin and the sound of the trees rustling and the songs of the birds that sourrounded us was a magical experience. Lisa is a very gifted sound healer, she is always able to guide me deep into meditation using her voice and instrumental sounds. It was very healing and restorative. The second part of the retreat was lunch. It was also all set up outside, on a beautifully decorated long table, with white table cloth, candles and olive branches. Very Mediterranean. We were served a absolutely delicious and nutritious meal including risotto with local oyster mushrooms, olives, freshly backed bread,pasta, salad, frittata, vegetarian moussaka and fesh fruit.
